Remote Quantity Estimator (Commission-Based, Independent Contractor)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Remote Quantity Estimator to join our team on a commission-based, independent contractor basis. The role involves using Bluebeam to perform detailed quantity takeoffs for various construction projects. Compensation is performance-driven, with estimators receiving 6% of the gross profit for all projects awarded based on their estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam software.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to extract quantities.

• Communicate with the OURTREE team to clarify project requirements and resolve discrepancies.

• Deliver completed quantity estimates within required timelines.

• Maintain thorough records of estimates and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using Bluebeam for quantity takeoffs.

• Strong understanding of construction documents, including plans and specifications.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in estimates.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Must have a valid business license to operate as an independent contractor.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay structure.
